I had the best experience ever, l called the clinic a day before and was able to secure an appointment. Front desk ladies are always nice , welcoming with smiles. It took less than 5 minutes to get in. Dr. Chuck is an amazing doctor, he asks and listens to every concern and addresses it fully making you feel like family. I recommend this practice to anyone needing help finding a physician. Very professional and dedicated to his patients.

Dr Chuck‘s been taking care of me for Last five years is done a great job. I have diabetes, high blood pressure, Neuropathy cirrhosis of the liver Sunbury life-threatening things he’s always made sure I’ve got to the right referral him and his staff, Jenifer and Katrina has been there a long time. So helpful They're great! my diabetes is below what it should be doing great the Blood Pressure is great. I’m working on the neuropathy Right now. My husband‘s been going to for eight years. Had cancer survive that no more after surgery thank you, Jesus I recommend them❤️
