Dr Osuagwa is very knowledgeable and professional. He is caring and understanding and easy to talk to regarding issues and health care needs He has a gift of being a doctor a health care professional that takes his job seriously and his patients with passion. I think Dr. Chuck is a excellent doctor he listens to me and understands me and my health I've been with him for a over 8 years doing my work and helping me with my disability one of his nurses pray with me one day when I was going through something and I thank them for that I recommend them to my family and friends

Dr. Chuck O is absolutely outstanding. He is very professional. He is very thorough. He listens carefully to the patient’s needs every single time my entire family or I have gone to him. He provides the most superior medical advice and his chair side manner is excellent. We have referred many many people Dr. Chuck oh we highly recommend him as a doctor!!!

Excellent!!! I believe it’s been 6 yrs now and he has really helped me a lot. He had big shoes to fill! My doctor of 30 yrs retired. I found Dr. Chuck a new he was the one!!!! Very kind, caring, knowledgeable, intelligent .His staff is Excellent!!

I love Centerville, Medical Center. Dr C It’s awesome, professional, kind, compassionate, and listens to what you’re saying. I truly appreciate that. The front receptionist area the nurses are kind very nice very compassionate. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable. They respond to your questions. They respond to your messages that you send or voicemails I truly like coming to Centerville Medical Center.

Amazing staff and service. There was really no wait time the doctor and his nurses are really fast. They get you in and out all while addressing all your concerns. I highly recommend them.
