I have been a patient for years…. The staff are excellent. It’s good when you have a personal relationship & you know everyone by name…..the funny things maybe up until a year ago I just learned how to say Dr Chuk last name….. thsnks Centerville Medical for taking care of me……

My experience with Dr.Chuck was EXCELLENT!!! My primary Doctor retired of many years. I went to see Dr. Chuck and kneew when I left he was my new #1 Doctor.His staff are my angels. Very sweet,kind and always take care of my issues. Very smart and professional. Its been 3 years and I can't wait to see them again. Dr. Chuck your #1 and hero.

He is a humble and caring man. As a doctor he listens and tries to rectify the issue. Its been a really good experience and Jennifer and her crew(front and back office are the real deal!)

Very very good they take their time and are very polite and become whether it's like friends or with anybody else. I would recommend him over any doctor I've ever been to and I'm almost 63
