I love this practice. I moved about an hour away last year and I thought about finding a provider closer but I just love the customer service, short wait time, and the thorough care that Dr. Osuagwu provides. Definitely worth my 2 hour round trip commute.

Dr.Chuck is a wonderful caring Doctor. My doctor retired and it was very hard to find a doctor to fill his shoes. But after visiting a few I was loosing hope until I found Dr. Chuck. He listens and up to date on your every question. I’m so very blessed to have found him and his wonderful staff Quick get in and out where you don’t have to wait!!!!!!!

Dr. Osuagwu is a great primary care physician that I’ve used for the past three years. The Centerville Medical Staff is great as well and they have online booking which makes it easy to schedule appts.

my wife and I both have been going to centerville, Medical Center for 10 years. Every single time we have found the place to be exceptional with extraordinary personnel very informative with all aspects of the treatments they perform and brilliant doctor.
This will be where we go for medical needs for our entire family.
